When you arrive for your appointment one of our friendly receptionists will check your pet in. Please bring in any medical history you have for your pet. You will be asked to fill out a new client/patient form at the time of your visit. If you would like to come prepared, you can print this form from our Online Forms page, fill it out, and bring it with you. If you choose to fill out the paperwork at the time of your appointment, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Once your pet has been checked in, one of our licensed veterinary medical technicians or veterinary assistants will escort you to an exam room. There you will be asked about your pet’s medical history, current condition, and the reason for your visit.
One of our veterinarians will then examine your pet. Depending on the physical examination findings, additional diagnostics may be recommended such as lab work or diagnostic imaging. After evaluating your pet and running any necessary diagnostics, your doctor will then discuss test results and the recommended treatment plan.
Once you and your pet are finished with your visit, one of our receptionists will process your payment and schedule any needed follow up appointment(s). Payment is expected at time of service. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
