When you arrive for your appointment one of our friendly receptionist will check your pet in. Please bring in any medical history you have of your pet. You will be asked to fill out a new client/patient form at the time of your visit. If you would like to come prepared, you can print this form from our FORMS page, fill it out, and bring it with you. If you choose to fill out the paperwork at the time of your appointment, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early.
Once your pet has been checked in, one of our licensed veterinary medical technicians will escort you to an exam room. There you will be asked about your pets medical history, current condition, and the reason for your visit.
One of our veterinarians will then examine your pet. We see pets for wellness visits with vaccines as well as sick pets which may require diagnostic testing and treatment. Many diagnostic test such as blood work and x-rays can be run in the practice. After evaluating your pets over all health and running any necessary diagnostics, your doctor will then discuss test results and treatment plan.
Once you and your pet are finished with your visit, one of our friendly front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow up appointment(s).
Please Note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, we are a medical facility and there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure you these are minimized as much as possible.
